Let’s Talk Techquity: Addressing Specialized Population Needs through Digital Health

    Tuesday, September 10, 2024 | 1:00 PM ET

    BACKGROUND
Telehealth has always been a way for more people to receive care and helps address issues of health inequities. It allows people in rural populations to reach providers, addresses scheduling challenges for working families and strengthens interprofessional connections for better patient care. However, there’s still much work to do to meet the needs of some specific populations.

      WHAT
In this webinar, URAC-accredited organizations Children’s National Hospital, AbleTo, and Texas Tech University share how they are working to improve the quality of and access to care for children, people experiencing mental health challenges, and incarcerated individuals. We’ll explore the needs of niche populations and look at how innovation in digital health can make an impact in addressing and alleviating systemic issues of health equity.
