    This eTraining provides an introduction to key concepts and resources to assist Telehealth Coordinators in building the knowledge and skills needed to successfully fill their role. It can also be used as a refresher course for those looking to revisit core information and/or update their skills. The course is broken into 7 module parts: Telehealth Overview, Telehealth Technology, Defining Your Telehealth Program Needs, Telehealth Team Roles and Visit, Overview or Billing and Legal Considerations, Developing a Successful Telehealth Program, Telehealth Challenges/Solutions.

    Remote Patient Monitoring Course

    This course is intended to help California providers and patients advance the quadruple aim by improving health outcomes and population health, bending the cost curve, and enhancing patient and care teams’ experiences of care. Practices that embrace RPM services and technologies today, will be well-positioned to transform care.

    Telehealth 101: A Quick Start Guide

    This course provides education and resources on the fundamental steps, technology and practice considerations in order to guide you through launching a successful telehealth program.

    In this course, you’ll learn about some of the latest reimbursement guidelines from Medicare, Medi-Cal, and private payers.
