Call on Congressional Leaders to Act

It is crucial that Congress take action on telehealth before March

Please join us in urging Congressional leadership in ensuring Americans are able to access the same telehealth that they were able to utilize in 2024 in the future and strongly urging them to take action in March to establish permanent or long-term access to telehealth.

While our priority is legislation that would establish permanent telehealth policies, we recognize achieving this goal could be a multi-year process. Therefore, it is crucial that Congress take action to restore the telehealth access lost in December and prevent the loss of Medicare telehealth services in March.

Telehealth Letter to Attorney General Pam Bondi

Please join us in a letter to Pam Bondi, the recently confirmed Attorney General. As Attorney General, Ms. Bondi will be the head of the Department of Justice, which oversees the DEA. We write this letter to bring to her attention the important telemedicine policies related to controlled substance prescribing under the DOJ's jurisdiction. We request her leadership in ensuring these policies do not lapse at the end of 2025, and encourage her to work to ensure a safe and permanent pathway for patients and practitioners to continue to offer care. (Please note some edits have been made to focus this letter on the proposed telemedicine rule.)
